After a judicial clerkship with the Ohio Supreme Court and eight years of civil trial practice in Ohio, Mark Leiendecker began a new career in 1992 in South Carolina. Since 1982, he has represented family law and criminal defense clients, including many in Charleston and the Lowcountry. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and is active in that organization’s Small Firm Section, Family Law Section, and Criminal Law Section. He has extensive jury trial experience in the state and federal criminal justice systems, and analyzes every aspect of your case to achieve the best possible outcome under the facts.
